       Returns   an   InputHandle_t   for   the   gamepad   that   can   be   used   with   Steam   Input   API:

FUNCTION PARAMETERS

       gamepad
              the gamepad object to query.

RETURN VALUE

       ( Uint64 ) Returns the gamepad handle, or 0 if unavailable.
