NAME

       shisa - API function

SYNOPSIS

       #include <shisa.h>

       Shisa * shisa();

DESCRIPTION

       Initializes the Shisa library.  If this function fails, it may print diagnostic errors to standard error.

RETURN VALUE

       Returns a Shisa library handle, or NULL on error.
