NAME
       mia-2dforce - Registering force between two 2D images.
SYNOPSIS
       mia-2dforce -i <src-file> -r <ref-file> -o <out-file> -c <cost> [options]
DESCRIPTION
       mia-2dforce This image evaluate the force field between two images based on a given cost function.
OPTIONS
              -i --src-file=(required, input); io
                     input image
                      For supported file types see PLUGINS:2dimage/io
              -r --ref-file=(required, input); io
                     reference image
                      For supported file types see PLUGINS:2dimage/io
              -o --out-file=(output, required); io
                     output force norm image
                      For supported file types see PLUGINS:2dimage/io

              -V --verbose=warning
                     verbosity  of  output,  print  messages  of  given  level  and higher priorities. Supported
                     priorities starting at lowest level are:

   Processing
                 --threads=-1
                     Maxiumum number of threads to use for processing,This number should be lower  or  equal  to
                     the number of logical processor cores in the machine. (-1: automatic estimation).
PLUGINS: 2dimage/io
       bmp       BMP  2D-image  input/output  support. The plug-in supports reading and writing of binary images
                 and 8-bit gray scale images. read-only support is provided for 4-bit  gray  scale  images.  The
                 color table is ignored and the pixel values are taken as literal gray scale values.

                       binary data, unsigned 8 bit
       datapool  Virtual IO to and from the internal data pool

       dicom     2D image io for DICOM

EXAMPLE
       Evaluate  the  force  between  test.v  and  reference.v  by  using  SSD ans save the norm of the force to
       forcenorm.v
       mia-2dforce -i test.v -r reference.v -c ssd -o forcenorm.v
