       dbxreport - Validate index and report internals for dbx databases

SYNOPSIS

       dbxreport -dbname string -fields string -indexdir directory -fullreport boolean -$(dbname) outfile

       dbxreport -help

DESCRIPTION

       dbxreport is a command line program from EMBOSS (“the European Molecular Biology Open Software Suite”).
       It is part of the "Utils:Database indexing" command group(s).

OPTIONS

   Input section
       -dbname string

       -fields string
           A list of index fields separated by spaces or commas. Default value: id

       -indexdir directory

   Required section
   Advanced section
       -fullreport boolean
           Default value: N

   Output section
       -$(dbname) outfile
