NAME

       pxpoly - randomly sample polytomies to generate a binary tree

SYNOPSIS

       pxpoly [OPTIONS]...

DESCRIPTION

       Randomly  sample  polytomies to generate a binary tree.  Currently only works with rooted trees (checked)
       Output is written in newick format.

OPTIONS

       -t, --treef=FILE
              input tree file, STDIN otherwise

       -x, --seed=INT
              random number seed, clock otherwise

       -o, --outf=FILE
              output file, STOUT otherwise

       -h, --help
              display this help and exit

       -V, --version
              display version and exit

       -C, --citation
              display phyx citation and exit
