NAME

       dpzoom - zoom into a PostScript dot plot produced by RNAfold or RNAalifold

SYNOPSIS

       dpzoom [-f first] [-l last] [dp_file]

DESCRIPTION

       Reads  a  postscript  dot  plot  as  produced  by  RNAfold  -p,  and  extracts the dot plot for a smaller
       subsequence.
