containers‐storage        add‐names        [options        [...]]
layerOrImageOrContainerNameOrID

In  addition  to  IDs,  layers,  images,  and containers can have
human‐readable names assigned to them in containers‐storage.  The
add‐names command can be used to add one or more names to them.
