NAME

SYNOPSIS

       nvptx-none-as [option...] [asmfile]

OPTIONS

       -o FILE
              Write output to FILE

       -v     Be verbose

       --verify
              Do verify output is acceptable to ptxas

       --no-verify
              Do not verify output is acceptable to ptxas

       --help Print this help and exit

       --version
              Print version number and exit
